Can you help set up a new iPhone or Android phone on the Gold Coast?
Absolutely. We handle the full setup — accounts, email, contacts, apps, photos, and making sure everything is synced and backed up properly. We come to your home or business.
How do I transfer everything from my old phone to a new one?
We do this regularly. A full phone transfer including contacts, photos, WhatsApp messages, and apps typically takes under an hour on-site. We make sure nothing is left behind.
Can you set up work email on my phone?
Yes. We configure Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Outlook, Bigpond and any other mail provider on your iPhone or Android — including push notifications and calendar sync.
How do I properly back up my phone?
iPhone users should use iCloud backup (we configure this and check the backup is actually working). Android users can back up to Google Photos and Google Drive. We set this up and explain how to check it.
Can you help with tablets and iPads as well?
Yes — we service all iOS and Android tablets. Setup, data transfer, email configuration and app setup are all the same process as a phone.
