I run a body corp for multiple housing estates and Rob has been helping keep things running for me for the last few years. Hes always prompt and attentive and nothing is ever too difficult. Anything ive needed so far for my businesses hes been able to fix for me and I would highly recommend him to any other business owner.

Rob initially came out because I was having issues with my mouse and keyboard not working. Upon his review, it took him only 10 minutes to diagnose that the issue wasnt with my mouse OR keyboard but actually my computer. He really showed his attention to detail and experience with computers! He then recommended a product to replace my old computer and organised for me to speak with a sales consultant at Harvey Norman to get everything I needed. I feel really taken care of and understood and it overall has been a really great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him in the future or to have him around to help us again!

Rob is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly patient and after a week of no internet had it running in an hour. He also installed security on my devices. I have no hesitation in recommending Rob to anyone who asks and if I need tech support in the future I absolutely will call Rob.

Highly recommend Rob — he set up my new laptop which is used for business purposes. Rob from GC Tech Services is great. He listens to the problem then gets in to fix the problem whilst involving me in what he is doing and explaining everything along the way. If I do call out it will be to Rob as I have full confidence in him to fix the problem, in a timely manner. He is a great bloke to boot!!

I am from the older generation and it's hard to keep up with technology but it is a necessary evil in today's world. When I retired and moved to the GC and was setting myself up I called Rob to help me with the new computer, printer etc. He was very patient and understanding and spoke to me so I could understand without going too fast. I have had him back a few times for some training and it is well worth while. He is very reasonably priced and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs tech support.
