Why are my emails not syncing across my phone, tablet and computer?
Almost always an account type issue. If your email is set up as POP3, it only downloads to one device. We migrate you to IMAP, which keeps everything in sync automatically across all your devices.
Can you help with Bigpond email problems on the Gold Coast?
Yes. Bigpond (Telstra Mail) is one of the most common email issues we see. Whether it is login problems, emails disappearing, or not syncing, we have seen it all and can fix it.
How do I set up a professional email address for my small business?
We can set up a professional email (like you@yourbusiness.com) using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Both cost around $7-10 per month per user and look far more professional than a Gmail or Bigpond address.
