I run a body corp for multiple housing estates and Rob has been helping keep things running for me for the last few years. Hes always prompt and attentive and nothing is ever too difficult. Rob initially came out because I was having issues with my mouse and keyboard not working. Upon his review, it took him only 10 minutes to diagnose that the issue wasnt with my mouse OR keyboard but actually my computer. He really showed his attention to detail and experience with computers! He then recommended a product to replace my old computer and organised for me to speak with a sales consultant at Harvey Norman to get everything I needed. I feel really taken care of and understood and it overall has been a really great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him in the future or to have him around to help us again!

Rob is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly patient and after a week of no internet had it running in an hour. He also installed security on my devices. I have no hesitation in recommending Rob to anyone who asks and if I need tech support in the future I absolutely will call Rob.
