New email setup & migration (without the mess)

Big files choke email. We set OneDrive/Google Drive/Dropbox links with proper share permissions so your message sends first go, and raise provider limits where possible.
GC Tech tip: Under ~20 MB usually sends; above that, upload to cloud and insert a link. Avoid .zip on sensitive mail... many filters block it.
Mailbox full & storage clean-ups
Quota exceeded? We find the real space hogs (Sent Items, Drafts, and giant attachments), auto-archive safely, and enable server-side archiving on Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
